On 4
th
March, the Stavanger branch of NTVA arranged
an Anniversary Conference with the relevant title
The Robustness of the Oil Industry. There were 123
registrations for attendance and the event gave an
extremely interesting review of the challenges and
possibilities facing the Norwegian oil and gas industry
after the sharp price decline in the summer of 2014. The
Conference attracted nine foreign and Norwegian experts
as introductory speakers and was held at the University of
Stavanger.
